How We Do It

 

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

 

 ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL. ORDERS OVER $100 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

  • WIGS ON DEMAND: Ships next business day (Mon-Fri) 

  • NON-CUSTOMIZED WIGS: You will receive your order within 7 business days after processing for all Stanard Shipping (Mon-Fri)

  • CUSTOMIZED WIGS: Can take up to 15 business days to receive (does not include weekends or holidays)

  • BUNDLES/FRONTALS:  You will receive your order within 7 business days after processing for all Stanard Shipping (Mon-Fri)

  • PRODUCTS & ACCESSORIES- Ship in 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri)

 

 

Please Note, Processing times vary depending on the volume of orders at the time. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. You should expect to receive your tracking info on the last business day of the turnaround time. However, you may receive it sooner. Please refrain from checking status until after the turnaround time has passed.  

All orders are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You would need to file a claim with USPS. 

 

Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Order Early To Prevent delays during holidays.

 

We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays ANY Items Purchased After 6 pm (EST) on Friday Will Process On the Next Business Day (The Following Monday).

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!

 

 

 

 

Product Availability

 

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable and you wish to terminate the sale we will refund the amount charged to your credit card. Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

 

 

Unsuccessful delivery

 

If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyers. We are not responsible for any loss caused

 

 

Failed Delivery/Incorrect Shipping Address

 

Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments! No exceptions!

 

 

 How do I pay for my order?

 

 For online order, please select the item you like and click BUY NOW and follow the steps to fulfill the payment.
Offline payment, please contact our customer service and we help you with the payment.
